Summer 2005: China  Coram Deo Consulting returned to southern China, to work with a manufacturing company producing high quality products which are distributed in North America and Europe. Through the vision of its founder, the companies embodies a unique and highly effective model of integrating business and faith to transform lives and communities. The company was launching a new manufacturing facility. The team's task was to assess current plans and develop recommendations for implementing manufacturing operations with the greatest possible efficiency given existing resource constraints.
